Soddy-Daisy City Hall Facility Expansion
This bid requires licensed and bonded General Contractor as required by the Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.
Sealed bids will be received at the Soddy-Daisy City Hall located at 9835 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN, 37379 until 2:00 o’clock P.M. local time, on May 28, 2024 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the job site on April 30, 2024 at 10:00 am.
The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined and downloaded free of charge at the following location: https://www.allenhoshallplanroom.com
A physical copy of the plans and specifications may be viewed at City Hall.
The City of Soddy-Daisy reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
